At this level, we have access to premier resources and support including; a Technical Services Coordinator, access to the Partner Knowledge Base, pre-sales technical support and direct communication with top tier Microsoft engineers.


Microsoft Small Business Specialist:
Microsoft Small Business Specialists are Microsoft Partners who recognize that small-business customers have needs for information technology and have demonstrated the ability to meet those needs with high-quality solutions built on Microsoft technologies. The solutions are configured according to the customer requirements and are supported to ensure customer satisfaction.  We specialize in the design, deployment, and customization of small-business solutions using Microsoft technologies and have gained special recognition as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist.

Microsoft Authorized Education Resellers: Microsoft Authorized Education Resellers are allowed to sell academically-priced Microsoft products to qualified educational users. This includes volume licenses through the Academic Open License, Campus Agreement, and School Agreement programs, as well as Academic Edition Full Packaged Product (FPP).  They are required to be a Certified Microsoft Partner, complete annual licensing training and pass an annual licensing exam.


Certifications

A+ Certification: This certification indicates that the individual possesses the knowledge and skills essential for becoming a successful computer service technician. The two-part exam (you must pass two test modules - "Core" and either the DOS or MAC module) covers hardware and software technologies and is not related to any vendor-specific products.

Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I): In addition to the core MCP skills, an MCP+Internet credential qualifies IT professionals to deploy and manage intranet and Internet solutions that include a browser, proxy server, host servers, database, and messaging and commerce components.

Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS) Program: MOUS is the overarching umbrella term for APPLICATION certification available to Microsoft Office users. Proficient and/or Expert levels of certification are available for each component of the Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Publisher) plus FrontPage.

Microsoft Certified Product Specialist (MCPS): MCPS is a single product certification program. MCPS candidates must pass one operating system exam, based on a current Microsoft Windows desktop or server operating system. In addition, all elective exams for premium certification, (MCSE & MCSD) are available to provide further qualification of skills with MS BackOffice products, development tools, or desktop applications.

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP): MCP is the overarching umbrella term for the TECHNICAL professional in the networking and programming areas. MCSE/MCSD/MCPS and MCT all fall under MCP.

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE): The MCSE credential is the premier certification for professionals who analyze the business requirements and design and implement the infrastructure for business solutions based on the Microsoft Windows platform and Microsoft Windows Server System. Implementation responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network systems.

The MCSE credential is one of the most widely recognized technical certifications in the industry. By earning the premier MCSE credential, individuals are demonstrating that they have the skills necessary to lead organizations in the successful design, implementation, and administration of the most advanced Windows operating system and Microsoft Windows Server System.
